The Y1200 mixing barrel is a supporting equipment for the 3SNS high-pressure grouting machine and is also used as a supporting equipment for other mud pumps and grouting pumps. It is used to stir cement slurry, mud and other slurries. It has a large transmission speed ratio and works smoothly. The stirring shaft is equipped with three layers of stirring blades to ensure that the slurry does not settle and can be used by multiple grouting pumps at the same time.
The SJS200/400 secondary mixer has two mixing functions and can mix the cement slurry fully and evenly. Its characteristics are that the slurry that has been stirred for the first time will enter the secondary mixing barrel through opening the discharge door for repeated mixing, and then directly connected to the grouting pump or grouting machine to achieve stable suction of the pump and continuous operation of pumping slurry. To ensure the pumping operation, no slurry blockage or pipe burst occurs, and the slurry is discharged smoothly, the secondary mixer is an ancillary equipment of various types of grouting pumps.
